SMD Thermistors

SMD Thermistors are available in 0805, 0603 and recently introduced 0402 size components. All sizes are constructed using 4-side glass encapsulation and Nickel barrier terminals. Values shown below are available in 10% & 5% tolerances for the 0805 & 0603 sizes and 5% for the 0402 size. The Beta (calculated between 25°C and 50°C) ranges from 2150 (low resistance values) to 5000 (high resistance values). In all cases the Beta tolerance is ą3%.

There is a reduced list of "tight tolerance" 0805 size parts. These parts are specified at 1%, 2% and 3% resistive tolerance and Beta tolerance is ą1%. Contact MMC Electronics for available values.

As new materials are developed, MMC will expand it's list of standard values. If you do not see the value you need, please contact us. A non-standard value (or Beta) may be available. We will also consider custom parameters depending on potential volume.
